In the wise words of Brigham Young, a 19th century politician and leader, “You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.”

March 8th is globally recognized as International Women’s Day (IWD). The day is not country, group, or organization specific - it belongs to all groups collectively everywhere. IWD celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.

The day is all about unity, celebration, reflection, advocacy and action - whatever that looks like globally at a local level. But one thing is for sure, International Women's Day has been occurring for well over a century and continue's to grow.

In the spirit of International Women’s Day, we want to recognize and show appreciation for the amazing women that at StudentBridge!

In 2019, our very own Marketing Manager, HyeJi Park, published an insightful article about examining female leadership in higher education. Did you know that women have received over 50% of the number of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees awarded in the last three decades?! There’s no debate that women are vital to the well-being of the higher education industry.
